Long-Life Epoxy is a two component material which is heated to approximately 135 degrees and then applied to the surface. This application is most commonly performed though a truck mounted spray apparatus. Typical mil thickness application is .20 mils.

Long-Life Epoxy is most commonly used on our state highways and rural roads. A mid-priced product, it allows for a High Index Reflective Bead which provides the highest line reflectivity. Though the mil thickness of Long-Life Epoxy is not much greater than that of traffic paint, its density is, making it a much more durable product.
